KENNETH CASTIEL’s first business venture was selling books door-to-door. He later founded and went on to build the leading homegrown financial services corporation in Gibraltar, acquiring nine thousand clients out of a working population of eighteen thousand people. He brought his industry together so that it could speak with one voice and was commended by the Financial Services Commissioner for doing so.

Kenneth set up his financial services business from humble beginnings with a huge vision, a solid nonnegotiable commitment to succeed, and an exit strategy. Thirteen years later, he sold his multi-million-dollar corporation as the market leader in his industry. Everything is always in a state of becoming, and so he went on to show entrepreneurs how to replicate his success methods. He teaches his Legacy Formula™ through his High Performance Leadership courses.
CUTTING EDGE EDUCATION WITH EXTREME FUN
He has embarked on cutting-edge education at the highest level in the fields of NLP and archetypal branding and returned to university to graduate through the school of psychotherapy and psychology at Regent’s University, London with a master’s degree in Creative Leadership. His favourite hobby is going on extreme adventures with his entrepreneurial friends. He is the eighty-first civilian in the world to have done a military-style skydive out of an airplane at 30,000 feet, the cruising altitude of a commercial jet, and enjoyed cliff jumping into icy waters in Iceland. He also tobogganed down a glacier in Iceland using nothing but his own body. He is an avid reader, enjoys keeping fit, and loves life, people, and freedom. Kenneth is married to Maxine, whom he met on an airplane 30,000 feet above the skies of Israel. They have three children.
